Connection to Harringay Warehouse District

Tottenham’s rich history is remembered just like pages of colornote. Today Harringay Warehouse District has a new dynamic in art and culture. It provides a venue for artistic activities, cultural and educational activities, and can also be used as a pocket garden for the public in daily life. Being surrounded by colorful panels is like walking through the pages of history and looking forward to a more diverse future. At the same time,we hope these colors can bring good mood to everyone during the epidemic.

Proposal Outline

The design was inspired by the colornotes, which symbolise the historical chapters of Harringay Warehouse District. The colorful acrylic panels array in the site, and the shape of the curve is like the mark left by time. The site is shaped into an enclosed space. Various activities can be held in it. Translucent acrylic panels bring flexible light and shadow, which make the site more recognisable and interesting. Three trees provide shade for the garden. Wooden benches are arranged on both sides of the site.
